I really hope you have a rework coming out for him, because his current state is a ****ing joke. How on earth you thought his nerf was any way acceptable is completely beyond me. It's like you got halfway through changing the hero, utterly gutted him of any viability, and decided "Yea that'l do".

He is not complete trash. I went into dominion and was slapping ppl left right and center. And winning 4v1. His parry bleed is still fairly good. He can deflect which is OP- but no one uses it. If ya plan to spam kick, sickle, kick sickle. Etc sorry won’t happen.
Back flip is better now, you can use it to taunt a deflect. But he is not good. He needs an upgrade but for other reasons
Shinobis game is distance, so he needs his backflip in its original condition. If you back flip now with him you can still be gotten to with not enough time to react to the incoming attack.
Also, I dont see why he cant have hyper armor on at least one attack if not the kick, I mean the kick would be ideal.
Shinobi is just for people that can do deflects all time, for other 95% shinobi players that can't It's just really frustrating using him, honestly I just give up and quit because everyone can destroy me so easily, my options get my straigth to death if my opponent is good at perries if you try to grab him from distance and he can grab you so easily when yku try to dodge and kick... I don't see any reason to use him unless you're a god at deflects...
More needs to be done to his in chain offence. The main thing is when his ranged heavy is parried, it should not flip you over. The flip should only happen when the range GB is countered. I would also like to see a soft feint of the ranged heavy into the roll forward. I would also like the backflip kick to give a heavy. Finally I would love to see a change to his kicks. So you can dodge once and get a small kick that gives a light. Or you can double dodge and get a heavy. The second dodge also needs full GB I frames. His kick also needs hyperarmour back.
Right now his main weaknesses 1v1's, close offence, and opening someone up.
