On Xbox X I'm finding the game runs buttery smooth and almost totally glitch and bug-free, so perhaps PC is suffering more from the platform build, than that the game overall is bug-ridden?

Lots and lots of potential for a "go back to start and think again" moment in all that which is why there is not much news until late on in the sequence.
On the PvP thing, I do have a PC copy so happy to test with you in a custom room or public matchmaking. Mine runs smooth on a PC that isn't high spec.
