Suggestion: PVP Quality Of Life And Possible Mode

    Hi Guys

So far put 110 hours into breakpoint.

    PVP Quality Of Life Suggestions

    1. In settings, can we have a PVP specific HUD? I play PVE with the HUD off and it's quite annoying to come back and switch all the relevant HUD options on every time I jump in and out of PVE and PVP.

An auto select for PVP specific interface settings such as crosshair, health, ammo, ability cooldown, loot markers, etc. We can still turn these off if we want, but having them auto select would allow us to focus on playing rather than spending yet more time in the menus.

    2. Loadout wise, it would be nice to have 5 separate load-outs for PVP only. This way we can choose what camo depending on map, loadout, and class according to team composition.

It just saves us having to redo this every time we want to change between games or when going back and forth between PVE and PVP.

    3. I know its early days and there is still plenty of polish and optimization needed for both PVE and PVP, however, can we look at getting "sound feedback" when we hit enemy players. The only indicator is seeing visually seeing their health bar diminish. Hearing that "thudding" sound will feel satisfying and give us additional feedback to our performance during our gameplay experience.

    4. There is a thing where you are aiming down sights, get shot/shot at by the opposition and you can't aim down sights. You simply run and can't shoot/ aim down sights again. Is this a bug? Very annoying and makes you feel like you have no control, and if you die it feels cheap.

    5. Character call-outs during battle are delayed and can be off-putting. For example, when a player on your team gets marked and says "They see me!", but this has happened 5 seconds or so after it happened. This happens with most call-outs. I find it very distracting. Is this intended?

    PVP Future Suggestions

    1. Whilst 4 v 4 can be fun and very tactical, I've found it becomes a bit formulaic after a while. I was chatting with a few groups whilst playing PVP and many liked the idea of a 5v 5 or 6 v 6.

I can see 6 v 6 being hectic, but perhaps 5 v 5 might be a nice stepping stone to add to the variety in gameplay without it being a crazy TDM guns blazing approach.

    2. I personally liked the VIP defend/ extract mode in wildlands ghost war, but I guess previous data has shown Ubisoft it was not popular enough to continue. On that note, I think the [B]exclusion of mines and C4 in PVP is a good thing as it stops those annoying moments where people spam them at chokeholds or on the objective. I like the idea of players having to commit to a certain zone and defend it through skill/ realtime tactical play.

Saying that 5v5 or 6v6 would make the attack/ defend modes a little bit more interesting especially if there are no C4/ mines available.

    3. Smoke grenades. I think finding these as pickups would be great and another tactical layer to all the modes.

    4. Laser sights. Can we strengthen or brighten the red laser sight. The green one is clearly the better choice, so it would be nice to have the red one as an option also.

    5. Picking up and carrying bodies: not really an option right now. I read on the forum it takes about 5.5 seconds, which seems about right. Can we speed that up to 3 seconds so its more viable in PVP and PVE. The run with the body is painfully slow. Can we speed that up.

    6. Blind Fire/ blind throw grenade: Most 3rd person shooters have this. Defo needs to be an option in this game. Obviously make the shots much less accurate, but needs to be there for when we get ourselves in trouble.

Thanks and look forward to hearing other people's suggestions.

Oh and one more thing... R1/ RB shoulder swap in cover please!

Cover too sticky and gets very annoying when changing directions, especially indoors.

    Thanks
