For honor disk space skyrocketted lately...

Why is for honor 50+ gigas now whereas it used to be 20+ gigas before ?

This is ridiculous : a couple of game modes and maps can't explain 30+ gigas more since the beta.

Youd be surprised. It's more than just a few gamemodes and maps now, not to mention an additional fraction, new heroes being dropped regularly, the constant updates and patches etc. At this stage of the games existence 50GB doesnt surprise me.

This game does need a better code, this is way too big considering actual content, especially when one did not unlock all heroes as the chinese faction expansion for example.

Whether or not you've unlocked is irrelevant. Other players who have those heroes unlocked can choose to play them so all the heroes of the roster still take up space in that 50GB. Then there's the gear, ornaments, outfits, effects, executions, the storage slots for those separate gear items etc. Etc. for each individual hero which also takes up a portion of that space. This is a big game and rightly so with its existing content. If you're that hard pressed for space I'd recommend getting storage devices (I forget what its called) which you can buy at your local electronics store or even at walmart.
