Every time we fast travel to a bivouac, it should automatically refresh what ever buff we previously had and spawn the last vehicle we previously selected.

It's a waste of time to fast travel to a bivouac, then deploy the bivouac, select my vehicle, and wait for load times to get my chopper/bike/car.

Agreed, it takes up so much more time to get a vehicle in comparison to Wildlands.

Uh, it's the case on my game. I don't know why it's not the case on yours, is there an option?
I just need to select the buff at the game startup, and then it's automatically reset when I just deploy a bivouac (I just select a vehicle and leave the biouvac with the buff available for 60m).
