So I was playing with random teammate engaging some sentinel when all of a sudden I fired aine rockets from an overseer and apparently I killed a photographer somehow when the mission was in channels while the random dude and I were in seal islands. It said something about failing the mission and now their is no way to get it back. I tried to go to the Auroa side missions but it does not appear there. I would very much like to know how to get this back.
