It says i should recieve certain gear camos by reacing certain tiers of the battle rewards and i have recived zero of them. Why?

Good Luck you might get copies as in the same reward twice.

Weapon camos. I still make the same mistake. You get a gear camo at Tier 22 or something, and you can get a gear camo called British something from a crate. The British camo you get as a tier reward is a weapon camo and the tiger stripe you get early on is, too. They're really stingy with the gear camos for some reason.

I unlocked the british DPM today, but was mildly miffed that its a weapon camo not gear...

Happens to a lot of us. I opened the crate for tier 24 today, and it showed me nothing. Frustrating!
