    So UbiDork I saw in the main forum that's the next update is mid November. Does this really mean ubisoft is going to make us wait almost another month to fix and issue that is ruining the game experience? As well as the fact is what if real moneyxwas spent for cosmetics in which we cannot use. I feel like this is something that should take priority...almost another month is kinda ridiculous

    I've completed the Sharpshooter Certification II Challenge as well und didn't receive the Helikon CPU Top either this is unacceptable.

    I'm getting really sick and tired now of trying to play ghost war and constantly getting put default as fixit. His bright orange shirt and backpack that sticks out 3 feet has gotten me killed too many times to count I'm over this.

    I can appreciate that it is an irritating issue to deal with.

    As my colleague has said, at this time, we are not able to provide a time-frame on a fix.

    I am sorry we do not have any further information to provide, but as soon as this changes, we will communicate it.

    im dealing with this also and have been for weeks.

    i paid like 15 bucks for cosmetics i havent even been able to use.

    how about a refund.

    WeezusChrist: I do apologize that you've still been encountering this issue, but I can assure you that we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If you are wanting to request a refund, you will need to contact Microsoft Support for your digital purchase.

    We do have an update coming with Title Update 1.0.3 where we hope to address as many of the reported issues as possible, and I am very thankful and appreciative that you all have taken the time to reach out to us so we could get to this point. Thank you all for your reports to help us mold the game to be something you're proud of!
