    Appearance Bug

    I encountered this the other day while playing Ghost War. My character's appearance is all messed up. The game started randomly equipping the figures ones I don't even have unlocked. Every time I try to unequip and fo back to my other appearance it'll randomly have appearance clothing equipped. When I try changing it, it will change something else. This happened when I would change visual pallet presets to different outfits I had made up and saved or equipping a figure like Fury or Vasily.

    Hey guys at Ubisoft. I'm not one to write in forms but this is pretty frustrating to me with breakpoint. I have reach tier levels that unlock camo patterns and completed ghost War missions that are supposed to unlock articles of clothing. Unsure if this is a bug or what but it is pretty frustrating. Ghost War Mission Sharpshooter certification 2 is supposed to unlock the Helikon CPU top. I worked hard to get that certification and received Oakley goggles. Sure they're cool and all but I grinded that mission out for the shirt. Battle Creat Rewards are supposed to unlock chocolate chip camo as well as AOR2. I have surpassed the tier level necessary to unlock these patterns and still have no access to them. As I am typing this I see they are no longer in the colors selection... Why is this happening and may I please have the gear and Camo that I've been working so hard for.

    Ive had the issue for weeks now and the devs are still asking for pictures like this is something new? They dont even have an eta or any news at all about it and Ive only seen them acknowledge this issue once in a private message. Ive wasted money on cosmetic items I cant even use properly because of this nonsense. The ONLY fix or should I say workaround is making a new character and hoping you dont encounter this issue during that playthrough.

    I have the EXACT same issue for about a week now. ever since last patch. Ill try and help describe what happened for me. After the last patch i went to marias shop and bought the figures and gear for Fury, Fixit and Vasily. Then i created 5 visual templates in the character appearance tab. I made the first two templates based on standard gear ive collected. Template 3,4, and 5 were for Fury, Fixit and Vasily. And for a short time I was using the Vasily figure in PVE. Ever since then, I have not been able to disable the skin override button. When I jump into a pvp match it will randomly put on Vasily and then Nomad (which I do not have unlocked). Now if I try to manually select "no figure" it will always equip someone. Some gear I try to manually select no skin for will pick a skin override for it. One more thing, Ive just recently unlocked the "Sentinel Armored Tshirt" from one of my PVP certifications that I completed...and now that I equip that shirt the game will forcefully equip the "YellowLeg" figure (which I don't have unlocked) onto my character and I cannot take it off, and now cannot take off the sentinel armored shirt either.

    This is very frustrating that no matter what I do nothing seems to work. My character's look is completely screwed up all because of the figures. I hope Ubisoft has acknowledged and are aware of this bug and will fix it soon. Either I go and make a new character and avoid the figures or I simply get rid of the game.

    Judge dont even try. I tried making a new game and the game glitches out the exact same way when going to the customization menu. One moment my guy has hair. I put a hat on and his beard and everything else goes away. This **** is BS
