Can't access Manning Zoo, Camp Oak, and The Pentagon

Hi all. I bought The Division 2 on the Xbox One with the Season pass since it's release. What do I need to do to access the Manning Zoo, Camp Oak, and The Pentagon missions? I don't see them on my map. My character is World Tier 2. I read from some sources that I have to be on World Tier 5. Is that true? This is very confusing and frustrating since I own the season pass! I look forward to your response!

Just knock out each of the strongholds and you'll go up a tier each time..The capitol building stronghold is the one that gives you tier 5 if I remember right..

Just concentrate on those and you should get it pretty quick..

Can confirm. World Tier 5 is a prerequisite for all the additional End-Game story content.

it's a story progression.. i know the map and in game info doesn't really make that clear...

But if you did Pentagon or Zoo before you did the strongholds for Hyenas or True Sons.. the story wouldn't make as much sense.
So as everyone else said here.. you need to reach WT5 first.. which also means doing the story (all the main missions)..

I guess that somewhat means the devs should look into making this part of the game more clear for newer players in game since you and many others will come along and not know this...so it will happen again for someone else.

On that note.. the Devs should receive high praise for improving the Tutorials and Tutorial UI.. it's tucked neatly into a side part of the menu.
    KUDOS for THAT~!
