Hello, I know there are multible solutions for this but I tried so many things that I read on this forum, so recently I have some issues with the game itself, I got a new video card with the latest driver, plus ran mutlible times with the cmd "sfc /scannow" and yet it says that it has no issues with the integrated files, yet here I am .. last but not least I ran the EAC setup as I read last time and now with WIndows 10 recently installed I have no clue what to do. If you haven't already, as you didn't mention the steps specifically, please make sure you have been through all the troubleshooting steps in our guide here. These steps can help with issues such as this occurring.
Just to confirm, for the new Install of Windows, did you fully reinstall the system or just the OS itself?

Hello Baron, yes I did just a complete format and install Operating System from Windows 7 to 10.
Because I found out that Microsoft won't support Windows 7 anymore, so I changed it so far no problems on Rainbow Six: Siege, Assasins Creed Unity, etc.once I'm with Windows 10 Pro.
Here is my components:
CPU - AMD Phenom II X6 1075T - 6 Core 3.0GHz
RAM - DDR3 4x4GB = 16GB
GPU = Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX570 8GB
