I've been saying this for a while. I 100% agree.

I do understand that armor sets take a while to make, but I feel like they can gain A LOT of time if they cut the output of weapon sets drastically.

Weapons are cool and all, but we've already got so many.

New armor sets can breathe new life into your character.

Player expression is important, yet we don't have much to choose from in terms of variety. Most sets we have are just variants of each other and after seeing them for over years, it really gets tiresome.

It's been over a year now since we got new armor and yet we're still hearing the "soon". I'm so tired of all this waiting and then when we do get new armor there's still a possibility I won't like the sets for my main. This is my main issue with this. I think it would be better to focus more on armor and have like seasonal armor or every 2 seasons new armor so that when people don't like a set, they can look forward to the next drop.

It really sucks we still don't have an exact date when we'll get the promised armor for the Season 1 DLC heroes.

I believe all the characters will receive new armor and not only the S1 DlC's, no?

Don't know. I just remember the devs saying a while back that the Year 1 DLC heroes would get new armor because they only got some variations of already existing sets instead of a completely new one, but I could be wrong.

You would think the devs would of planned the designs for armor while making weapons
but then again it's ubisoft usually it takes them awhile to bring out something planned or not
and who knows how much of the art team they have left considering the fact that few of the original
devs have left to persue something entirely bigger and the budget they have left to keep going with the
game

Agreed, the fashion in For Honor is a BIG drawing point for the community. Don't even need to mention that it promotes grinding to unlock higher-tier armor, so don't see why you wouldn't give your playerbase more of that.

Either way, on the 31st of october is a big warrior's den when they will reveal the new hero, together with some new executions I can imagine. Let's hope they add the new armor sets then as well..

Honestly if we don't get new armor next season, I really don't think we'll be getting any in the near future. I'm starting to lose faith.

Agreed, this is the last warrior's den on the roadmap, so you'd really expect some new armor reveal now haha.

Also in august they said "soon". Welp, 3 months further now lmao

There will be new armor now, I'm certain of that. I fear only that it won't be what we wanted.
