Are Ubisoft even reading this forum?

So, after being on this forum for a while now. Reading and posting legit feedback to this game I've come to notice something. Greedysoft never respond to anything here. Not even acknowledge the porblems or criticisms we put forth. So I went back a whopping 30 pages, thats 600 posts and what did I find? I saw 2 responses by Greedysoft. Yes 2. Two whole responses for 600 posts on the forum that arguably matter the most to the real developers. If you compare to General Discussion where all the milktoast sheep posts happen there are alot more responses from Greedysoft.

Why do they even have this forum if they do not engage with it at all? Is it just an illusion for us to vent steam?

I have a radical idea. Maybe just maybe Greedysoft could respond to some I dunno, every 100 posts? They don't need to give a answer or saying X is going to be fixed on Y date but alteast say they hear us...

    Thx Greedysoft...

Bump, they got our money so they don't really care, but I feel you on this, they need to be a lot more transparent.

These forums are a firestorm. Its more like upper management told the Mods to stay clear unless a more dire situation. I am sure the whole company is ill at ease right now, because of this game. They are angry because we are angry. How dare we get angry at their business model!!

They care a bit, because there's still lots of people to hook besides the early birds and if everybody complains too much, it may still eventually mean hundreds of thousands of less revenue. Specially if they want people to buy another year pass in some time. They can forget about that crap, if they ignore people for half a year and player base just disappears.

I'm telling everybody in my large clan to avoid it like the plague and wait for a deep sale. I regret buying this trash and hope they get destroyed on sales.

Few days ago I contacted mods to know if anybody was looking this category of the Breakpoint forum, given that nobody from Ubisoft is answering to posts instead of the rest of the forum.
In fact, mods are reading everything and dispatch bugs and suggestions directly to devs.
I guess they don't answer because there is nothing to say except «we're sorry you're experiencing that, please wait one of the next patchs coming».
I don't think that spend a big amount of time to answer to every posts without really saying something is useful (it seems there are only 4 mods for the whole category here, and each of them have to moderate some other forums).
Also I know that, for legal reasons, companies are reluctant to answer to direct suggestions (to avoid people saying «hey that's my idea you integrated in your game, give me money now !», even if ten people gave the same idea publicly.).
And I do not even mention disrespectful people and the endless stream of insults that the forum abounds, which probably discourages them from responding.

I'm very doubtful any of the Dev Team or Management reads any of this (here anyway). I'm also sure the Mods pass a lot of info, suggestions, trends, etc back to the Dev Team and Management. Likely the Mods have a fairly well developed set of policies and procedures that determine when, what, and how to respond to anything in particular. I'm somewhat familiar with this as well as the Far Cry, the last two ACs, and the Watch Dogs forums---and what your observing/commenting on is pretty standard across the forums.

For whatever reasons they deem valid (some great points by TOC-1 above); I don't expect any real change in Ubi's forum response protocols. I would like to see more/timely feed back on issues as well, but what we want in life and what we get............................fingers crossed for the next patch!

Yes, a simple web page with all the known issues and the planned fix and future integrated suggestions would be great.
