Can confirm that verifying the game files will work. Once done, you will have to repair it and then download and reinstall (which is automatically done when you open the game)

Totally agree. Latest update we all waited for has no mention of a fix for 5700xt. They know they have a problem but don't even bother to tell us what the countless crash reports we send contain.
I found if I uninstalled UPLAY then reinstalled I got the DLC to load then once it crashed it never loaded again.
Fighting since release of 3900x and 5700xt. This has gone on far too long. If you can't fix admit it and refund money for Gold packages or compensate with free game of our choice.

Tried verifying game files. It didn't solve the issue anyway.
I bought RX 5700 XT thinking I would be able to play "The Fate of Atlantis" with high quality graphics. Ha-ha.

    Hey everyone,

Just to doublecheck a few things before I pass this on to the team.

Can you all make sure that you have the latest GPU drivers installed, as well as the latest game update installed.

After that, can you verify your game files?

I've verified the game files and I have the newest Radeon Driver 19.10.1 installed, but no changes. The game crashes when I try to enter Elysion.

I checked my game files in Steam (I have Steam version) and everything was fine there.
My game version is 1.5.1 and Radeon driver version is 19.10.1.
But still the game crashes when I enter Elysium.

Okay thanks everyone, if you are still having the issue, please create a ticket on our support site with your system files. We will pass this info on to the dev team. Let me know when you have created the tickets

It's not just the AMD guys. Mine was working fine the entire game. Started a new game + and now it crashes every time I try to start Elysium.

Thanks for that, the dev team is now investigating

Ubisoft recognized the issue this month and said it would be fixed in 1.5.1, so where's the follow up? Did they not do anything or did they try something and we just don't know about it? It's like it's been swept under a rug. Fail to see how this reasonable for a company this size to do. I've sent at least 15 crash reports after every driver/game update over the last month.
We are investigating reports of crashing as we speak.
