AMD RX 5700 XT Crashing Atlantis / Elysium Chapter 1 [NOT FIXED]

    Per the stickied thread:

"[PC] Game crashes in DLC 2.1 with AMD Radeon RX 5700 (XT)
Status: Will be addressed with Title Update 1.5.1"

Title Update 1.5.1 has come and gone and the issue remains. Will there be future game updates or should I start processing my charge back now? If there are no future updates and you continue to sell the DLC to users of this card you might as well be scamming people.

    Thanks,
100+ AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT users

As the owner of AMD Radeon RX 5700 (XT) I fully support the author of the post! I bought the game mainly in order to pass the Fate of Atlantis, imagine what was my indignation...

If the problem can not be solved, we would like to refund the money for the non-working product.

    Thank you!

Doesn't work for me as well on 19.10.1 AMD Radeon driver. Maybe future driver will fix it?

Same here. It's been so long since the card is out and it's been even stated in the known issues that it will be fixed this patch and still nothing. This is unacceptable.

I have been in conversations with AMD and Ubisoft in reference to this issue for weeks.

AMD made me try countless things, from updating the card's and BIOS' drivers to other stuff, and nothing worked. They have no idea of where the issue comes from. As per Ubisoft, after tons of messages back and forth, they proved me that they don't care about this issue neither customers affected; they said time for refund has passed and they will fix it in a future patch release, what's not gonna happen, at least not in a near future as this patch proved. When I asked them specifically "in what patch release" and "when", they refuse to give me a direct answer and, instead, told me "keep checking the forums", like if this was our responsibility.

In my opinion Ubisoft ripped us off. They sold us something that does not work even despite using the video card brand that is recommended by the game itself and way above the minimum recommendations. If for any chance you think of disputing the charge, they will threat you with not to allowing you to buy any other game from them.

Still no response from Ubisoft on this post or the future or bug fixes. Absolutely shameful. Literal theft.
