Problem: Dumb enemy AI and their fatal funnel
Solution: Have the enemy AI flush out players with frags, flash bangs, even gas grenades. Have them throw in the area of where the player's gun shots were heard.

Problem: C-4 appearing on character's arm even when handling a gun, melee attacks, etc. Has occurred 3x different times for me on PS4 Pro.
Solution: bug fix

Problem: Enemies not responsive to flash bang. Occurred only once for me, but I tossed 3 flash bangs into a building door way from outside to rescue a civilian being question by 3 sentinel soldiers. Each flash bang only alerted the enemies. They did not get disorientated.

Problem: After equipping a gold gear P90 in the secondary weapon slot, suppressors would automatically be removed for which ever gun was in hand leaving the equipment menu. If I went in and out of strictly just the TACMAP, it was fine. If I hit the controller's option button and returned to the game, the suppressor would be removed from the gun. This only occurred on one night of gameplay, but the issue lasted until I turned off the game an hour or two later..
Solution: fix bug
