Uplay+ gives me headache.. PAYMENTS!!!
Sorry to post in here but there is no customerservice where i could talk about my issue! Well there is chat but that dude didnt help me at all...
Well my issue is i had that trialperiod for 1€ for one month… Ok month went and i liked it cause i play alot of ubisoft games so it suits me... I had some issues with my balance so it could not take money from my creditcard and now that its fixed i cant pay that 14€ it wants me to change payment method but how can i cause thats my only method to pay.. Im not gonna do new accounts just to pay one payment…
Well i talk to chat about my issue and he told me to unsuscribe well i cant cause its bending! then he told me that he will do it and send me link to email so i can verify my account and all went well but that dude never unsuscribed that uplay+
Not my uplay tells me to change payment method all the time and its anoying!! i cant take uplay+ away and parently ubisoft cant eighter…
All i want is to pay that damn 14€ and enjoy games but there is no button to pay that damn fee…..
Also when i try to manage my orders i get unicorn picture telling me that page not found…
this has been 3 days of headache for me allready lol why is it so darn hard to put one button there witch will try to bill creditcard again… In every comppany where i use my card has that feature...…

Hi Still not working.404 page not found when i try to manage my sub…. Could you guys just remove that uplay+ from my account like chat guy promised to do so i could order it fresh… You guys loose alot of money by this error…. Im not onlyone who has this… Im hitting point that im not intrested enymore in this product.. i have been trying all i can and contat all instanses u guys give out. Id relly like to call someone and talk about this cause these chat guys dont know **** about this or just dont care..
i dont have patience and undestanding enymore for this matter. Why would i update eny ticket cause lastone didnt do enything for my issue….
