Urban ERDL gear camo has the unlock requirement listed as reach tier 15 of battle rewards but tier 15 says it unlocks camo finger paint 5. Im at tier 21 so this definatly didnt unlock at tier 15.
Think these are act 2 rewards, as there are a few listed like that
