So i got an email from Ubi saying I harass playersyet it's players who report me for having a high ping (80-100) which really isn't my ISPs fault considering I play in Kenya and I have no servers that are close by to connect to? So I would like to formally request for at least a server in Africa? Or if that's not possible or if you guys don't think it's worth it then the least you could do is not send me warning emails for issues that are not in my control. I'd hate to get banned from a game I really enjoy for issues that are out of my control.

I am sorry to hear that you are receiving emails for this reason.
Unfortunately we cannot prevent this from happening as there is a process to follow when players report other players.
However, if you do encounter any issues with your account due to this then please submit a support ticket and our Customer Support team will look into this for you.
With regard to your request for servers in your region, could you please post this on the feedback and suggestions section.
