- The system files that we have for you are now quite out of date, would it be possible to create new files and add them to your case?
- A support agent replied to you asking for an image to show your IP address is static, can you add that too?
- You mentioned you have limited access to your network configuration due to laws, so that may restrict our troubleshooting
- You also mentioned you have tried a second router as it offers a lower latency. It is best we stick to 1 router while troubleshooting, to reduce the amount of possible factors
In conclusion, I'd like you to do the following in this order:
- Make sure you're using only 1 router
- Make sure you have a static IP and add an image of your configuration in your case

- Once done, provide a new image of your results when trying to traceroute to ubisoft.com
I realise I am requesting a lot of information from you and this is a lot of effort. This network configuration has some complexities, so I'd like to make sure the information I have is all up to date.

I'm having a similar problem, I get on for half a game then it kicks me off and I cant get back on, I tried redownloading and that gave me a whole game, but I lost a bunch of items I had before the reinstallation. Then after the second game i'm off again and it does the same thing again. im not going to keep redownloading every time just to play one game what's going on? -Central U.S.

You've also mentioned losing in-game items? Could you please specify which exact items you have lost access to?
