Tell Ubisoft Just One Thng That The Devs Of Breakpoint Got Worng

So don’t get me wrong, I’m still playing the game... but OMG did UBI get confused here..

    Let me begin...

    1. Class Requirements that require you to do CQC (Close Quarters Combat) only get satisfied when you do hand to hand (H2H or HTH) takedowns. Close Quarters Combat is actually ANY combat used under 100m (ie not limited to knives). So if you shoot someone in a room that you are in then that is the definition of CQC. Ubisoft should change the requirement description to be Hand To Hand instead (simplest fix).

i originally thought it was a bug not awarding my kills until I realised that Ubisoft had messed up. All they needed to do was look up CQC in Google to find what it actually is. Where the heck was the military adviser?

Capped progression in Battle Tiers, and the "acts" structure for content that should be unlockable from day one at own own pace.

The Gunsmith being neutered to accomodate the variants should mean that ALL of the variants should be available and unlockable from release day at our own pace and order preference, and assigning a number of them to a capped, pre-set progression system just leaves us with a mediocre Gunsmith when it was up to you guys to impress us with new features one might expect from a good sequel.

    Injuries being so rare.

Bonus: changing Fury's cool braid to a boring bun.

The gear level system. Nobody who played the beta wanted it, yet here we are. Breakpoint is capable of being an excellent and immersive game. Gear levels add precisely nothing to that experience.

The ridicoulus amount of Azrael drone/helicopters that spawn overhead, forcing you to engage or go prone camo. Most annoying mechanic I've ever encountered. Other than that, I love this game.

The Ghosts. OGR, GR2, GRAW, and even GRFS are who the Ghosts are. That's the kit they wear. That's the gear they use. They aren't just big dudes with guns. They're using cutting edge, prototype, and near future tech. They're wearing camo and blending in to their environment, not wearing bright red shirts in a jungle. They're led by Mitchell, and have history that is evident from past GR games. They work as a team, not as lone warriors. They're a US Army SFG unit, not a bunch of Rambos.

So, by extension, another thing they got wrong is:

The Wolves. The Wolves should operate like they're former Ghosts. Yet, a game that gets the Ghosts wrong is doomed to get rogue Ghosts wrong.

On the gear note, one of the first things I saw while rummaging through helicopter wreckage looking for any (paradoxically so) surviving Ghosts was a dead pilot wearing an HGU-56 helmet and, I kid you not, a white t-shirt and some jeans.

My fellow Ghosts did look all that great either...

No AI teammate implementation at launch

Only main issue I have is that AI teammates were not an optional addition to solo players... the fact it’s going to be added later on at who knows what date, sucks. Hopefully it does get added soon and not years later.
