Very much that, let them iron out the issues with the basics of the game first, then add the raid.

    I Agree, too little content

Ok first of all, to address the people who always say they're an adult with a job so they dont get to play video games. All my friends online are adults with real jobs, been friends with them for years and some over a decade. They, as well as me, have 70-100 hours in all ready. Not that hard to do.
Secondly, when are we going to quit accepting the excuse of game makers not adding content to avoid things crashing? It's almost 2020, we should be driving flying cars but that's besides the point. Ubisoft and the game creators should have this system down by now, enough so to be able to add a single raid to play as soon as the game drops. With these kinds of games, players need a raid to have something to keep occupied with until new content is released. Especially the way they tease us by putting the raid NPC in the hideout and also giving us a mission telling us to start a raid. Plus, for us that have done pretty much everything in the game already, that's where most of the gear/weapon paint is. So the excuse of they are fixing all the bugs is absolute horse**** in my opinion, with any game. Yes I understand games will have bugs at first, but how much longer do us gamers have to suffer before a game is actually worth paying $60 for and being able to take it home and play on all the content that is advertised for the game?
On a final note, it's just way too easy to get through these games in a matter of weeks, compared to when games took months to complete. It seems like these adventure styled games are at times childish and pretty much the same game over and over. All these games such as Wildlands, Anthem, Destiny, The Division is pretty much the same game with different characters. Its run around the map and spend hours picking things up, have a boss or two to fight, go through gear like crazy, and wait a couple months for the next DLC. Meanwhile, I'm just going to buy another game and probably forget all about this one. I'm not saying this is the worst game by any means, theres a lot of stuff I liked such as personalization and customization concepts that were reinvented in this game. The graphics were decent, and I dont mind putting a grind in to explore the map. But most of the building and areas in the game look pretty much identical. Overall, I'm getting bored very quickly. Pvp is minimal entertainment, so the only thing left is the raids. Try to stick up for Ubisoft all you want, but I'm tired of playing the same game over and over.

All the way back at the reveal they said that the raid was coming four months after launch. Why do people expect it at launch when all their marketing said four months after?

What's so important about that Raid?
I don't know, it has as much appeal to me as battle royale. i.e. none. I don't see what all the fuss is about? Would like to see some more updates to the game in the meantime, there's lots to correct before they add more content.

    I mostly don't play Raids.

Destiny didn't have matchmaking. I never got around to the Raid in The Division 2 as I became rather bored of the game to be frank.

There will always be players who burn through content, often ignoring smelling the flowers as they rush about. For everyone else, GRB is a huge game.

I may well be done with the main story and exploration by month-end, as I've been playing a lot (and there are other games demanding attention).

But I won't begrudge Ubi releasing Raids when they are good and ready, in the October to January release window they advertised.

So we have to wait four months to play the content that is advertised with the game? I understand the concept of waiting to release everything because of bugs, but still four months of having no raids? At least with a raid there would be more of a reason to play with friends. The pvp is nothing special. And I admit I dont watch the cut scenes because they're boring as ****. I'm just sick of this new era of games of making people wait half a year to play the whole game. And they want $40 more dollars to do it? Quit sticking up for the dev's, when is the status quo going to be reinvented already. Quit rushing to throw games in our faces that aren't ready yet. Viva la resitance!
