So i have finally reached gear score 250 (all items). It was a pain because of that stupid soft cap at 235, but nevermind i told to myself, 250 is close and than i will start to grind end game optimized 250 gear score items. Will be fun.

Nope. There are still only 2 locations, where i can drop level 250 items. All other drop 248 and in the shop, there are only 248 too, including crafting.

Are you ****ing kidding me? We are not allowed to drop/craft level 250 items? So what now? I paid 110€ for a game without any end game content?

the enemys of these 2 camps will always drop 250, but that didnt mean your "account / character" gearscore is 250 ! you need to do this two camps again and again, it took me 5h to get 249 gear from chests and normal mobs, and additional 4-5h to get 250 from chests and normal mobs. chest and normal enemy gear shows your true gearscore

I think it's time-based.
Past 240, i had to wait 6h and play between 30min and 1h to get a GS level.
For me, doing camp never seemed to change anything in the time i've waited between 2 levels.

Iam now 250 too and i have the same problem, store is only 248 O.o
What do i have to do so i can craft 250 weapons? Oo

He means hard cap in PvE, but yeah definitions do matter as to the answer.
