While we try to get a definite answer for you can I ask if you have tried installing the game multiple times on the Uplay client.? Either way, you should be able to launch this directly from Uplay without further issue, but if you are experiencing any error messages, please feel free to provide a screenshot of this and we will get an update for you as soon as possible.
