Purchased subscription via apple TV won't work
Hi! I previously had a year subscription that lapsed, I paid for a new year on apple tv (on the subscription page on apple tv settings) and it hasn't loaded on the app - raised an enquiry a week ago. No reply.
Have now deleted the app and reloading to try again..... please help as I'm paying for something that isn't accessible
