It's the 8====D comment lol.
I mean, think about this. Online, everyone is a keyboard warrior. They can hide behind anonymity, be a (see above), and then think everyone should be nice and accommodating as possible even though they say you're dog****, you should be fired, et cetera. This seems to be the m.o. of Fabio joker.
So take this into real life. How many times would you or anyone else tolerate someone coming up to you saying you're dog****? Once, twice? Where I'm from, it's nil. First time and it's on. That's what this delusional generation doesn't understand.
Half of these people in the gaming community would **** their pants if they said that to me or some of my friends irl. It's the stuff r/instantregret is made of.
I for one am happy he's standing up for himself. People talk about professionalism this and professionalism that, what they really mean to say is unhuman this and unhuman that. These people who chime in and say, "He's a professional, he should know better" are the same people who will never stand up for anything, defend their friends, and get walked over their whole lives. And then you'll have the same sheep say, "You're in for a big awakening with that attitude, be ready to be let down." Ya, those are the same people who have been beaten into submission by life and just quit fighting back.
Winston Churchill said something like, "If you lived your life never having stood against an enemy, you've lived your life never having stood for anything". I believe that wholeheartedly, and all the evidence I need to see is right in front of me.
"Different day, same ****, aint nothing good in the hood. I'd run away from this ***** and never come back if I could."Originally Posted by Uhnomuhlee Go to original post
Try being abusive to an employee in a physical store the same way some people treat employees of game studios/publishers online. Hint: it will involve security, you getting hurt, or both.
And the people complaining about the professionalism of his Tweet, but staying silent over all the abuse: you are part of the problem.
Yeah, I saw a lot of comments on reddit acting like he was a terrible person who personified everything wrong with massive and I'm just like.... he's just a regular dude, and his mentions are probably 90% abuse. We all want/and do clap back at times. He laid a burn down without going overboard, it was actually a bit funny. Was it professional? No. But really? Who cares.
Honestly if you're mad about it, you're just projecting your feelings about the game/studio onto him.
Good on Julian Gerighty, my motto is if you can give it then be prepared to take it back.
Never owned a mobile phone so never had the urge to get facebook/twitter or whatever them other apps they use out of boredom, it would drive me insane knowing someone behind their keyboard insulting me and there is nothing i can do about it....In RL give it a try and see![]()
Then try harder.Originally Posted by a19awesome19 Go to original post

Yup pretty sure upper management loved Jule's comment there. Nothing like getting ready to drop new content on a seemingly divided, not so happy player base and then your main guy drops 15 year old kid like insults on a random twitter troll. Guess he wasn't having the best day.
PS - Just to add, apart from it being a tad un-proffesional I don't think he should be in any trouble or be fired or whatever the hoard is calling for. Just having a good lol at the whole thing.
