So I went to Cassie and the vendor (castle) and no items were available for sale.

Have seen this happen many times at both settlements and actually am not sure it is designed to work this way or simply a server bug. And when you close the view they say, 'Thanks for your business', which to me is good indication of the quality level they put into the game. Many time these voice lines are completely out of context and even play when nobody is close to the player.

I've seen this reported before, would you be able to get me a video/clip of Cassie's inventory, showing she has no items for sale?

It would be very helpful for the team to have this in order to investigate, and if anyone else has the same problem please shout out in this thread

That really su*ks because this week Cassie had 3 named weapons, 11 SMG Alps gloves with red mod slot and 42k HP holster that is really good for recalibration.

I've forwarded the report to the team, if you come across it again do send me some clips .

I have also heard that a restart should resolve the issue so please do let me know if that is the case

I'm not sure this is same issue but I cannot find Cassie where she is supposed to be.
I restarted the game but same issue.

• Were you in another user's session when you interacted with Cassie Mendoza?
• Can you provide a video from the moment when you start going towards Cassie and interact with her?
• Did you finish the bounty from the Snitch before you interacted with her?

i have the promblem now. in 2020 the sho9p is open. my frinds can buy but me not

Ran into the same problem yesterday. Tried to go there using 2 characters and every time I opened menu it said, no item available. Even fast travel to safe house and go in again and again didn't change anything. The same applies to Theater and Campus, empty vendors. Looks like there are a lot of old bugs returning in the game after that last update.
