Warlords top light opener is still 600 ms. Raiders chain top lights are 600, 3rd even 700 ms.

So... why ?

with warlord you got me. But with Raider they intentionally made them that way. I assume it was to try and throw someone off if the raider decides to do a combo top heavy in the middle of mix ups. It's worth noting that HL still has 600ms light openers too.
