FPS drops significantly all the time, "Optimization? What is it?!", etc. issues

Hello! Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a good game for me. I even pre-ordered, because of my love to Wildlands. But there are several problems of different nature that bother me.
Also I pass your surveys to help you.) Hope this game will expand and become better with time.

Yes, I have read this thread: "*READ FIRST BEFORE POSTING* Help us help you!", and "Performance issues". And took measures that are not even described there.

    So, let's get started:
    1) Terrible optimization, maybe more correct to say, there is no optimization at all. The same story was in Wildlands, but I thought, this will be fixed in Breakpoint.
I tried a different graphic configs, but fps drops at any of these combinations practically identical. (42-45 fps very often)
If assuming Ubisoft wants to make people buy better computer components, because of their business with their partners... then at least just make optimization for better (high cost) computer components, but not just destroy game optimization at all.

My configuration already known by Ubisoft because of error reports, but I repeat:
    Intel Core i9900k 4.7Gh
    NVIDIA Aorus 1080TI 11G
    GYGABITE 16gb RAM
    Motherboard Z390 Aorus Master
    1Tb HDD WD
    Last GPU (and etc.) drivers.

And where the hell my, at least, stable 60 fps at FHD (maybe at Ultra?)
In all published perfomance tests of Breakpoint, what I saw, was something about 56-74 fps for my GPU. But I have only 42-45 fps very often, at anywhere, anyplace, almost any time!

    2) I thought it would be fixed, but not yet: What with these guns on my character?! Why its mostly always dirty? My character didn't even lay on his stomach and only crouch on, but it's already dirty. A good dynamic feature. But too fast it happens. The same I can say about erase of paint on the guns. Too fast, even faster, then previous issue.
About 1 min or 45 sec and the paint peels off... and then it happend??? When I stand still!!! What the hell?! It's too stupid and noticeably.

These are the most critical issues that made me write this thread! I hope it will be heard, because I am sure not only I have such problems. Cheers!
P.S. Sorry for my english if something wrong.

Its the LOD system and reflective Surfaces, in alot of places it simply doesnt work right.

If i zoom in with a scope, usually its no problem, but plenty of places when you "zoom back out" again, there is an fps drop like from 60 to 40 and back to 60 again.
If you look carefully its something to do with the LOD system being very agressive in loading textures in and out in the fore and background.

Reflective Surfaces, like you often see inside buildings, cause something weird in alot of places on the map. (but oddly enough not literally everywhere)
Also the outside, when you're inside a building, is often still being rendered.. thats just bad programming. (again oddly enough not Always the case)

I played the open beta just fine using a mix of ultra/very high and 1 or 2 options high and some options simply turned off cause i hate it, like motion blur for example.
No problem, 60fps with v-sync 90% of the time with some dips (and the above mentioned problems i guess, but far less so..)

Literally 1 day later, release of the full game.. i actually had to switch everything to high to get the same results again.. no idea why or how thats even f-ing possible.
Plus its way worse with the fps drops.

I made a thread myself showing what the game does in those moments when certain spots simply cause FPS lag/drops.
GPU and CPU throttle back with 20% or more for no reason at all.
So its like a spike, but downwards lol.

Thank you for such an accurate addition! I agree with you about the comparison of optimization of the open beta and the release of the full game, and also about scopes too. I have the same experience!)
Also I'll tell about one small problem connected with some weapons: there was a bug with a silencer on some guns. When you remove the silencer - at the interface is displayed that you put it on, and when you put it on - it is written that you removed it. At the time of this bug my gun (then shooting) was missing muzzle. I'll check that performance issues connected with reflections and LOD.

Comparing with other threads with fps problems in combination with vsync.

I think perhaps part of the, or “the” problem is the fact that in some situations the game wants to go to console locked 30fps and it sort of battles itself to get back to 60fps vsync settings.
Some type of ingame conflict on a technical level.

But yeh that will lead to stuttering as the fps goes up down in those moments.

This seems to be a vsync error of some kind.

I always (including open beta) use windowless mode without v-sync, so anyway I have fps drops, which I talked about. So, I tested reflections, but I found no problems with this setting, my video card copes with it well. P.S. In any mode: fullscreen, window, windowless - I have no difference in performance.

Well I have to concede to that.
I ran into a building that gives me fps drops, then I altered every setting one by one to try and figure out the possible culprit.

Nothing makes a difference, no setting change makes any difference whatsoever.

Just badly optimized in some areas for whatever reason.

    So to quote the npc’s in the game : **** **** ****.

After a break of a few weeks I went back to the game. But again terrible optimization (if it has that) of the game. Stable 45-50 fps, but with twitching. And this is for my PC!!! It is scary to imagine what's going on with those who have weaker computer!!! Game was released and some time has passed... developers only speaking about polishing the game, but didn't really do anything to change for the better optimization of the game. It is awful.

Thank you. This is a really painful problem. I hope for changes for the better, because it spoils the enjoyment of the game.
