    Ubisoft + robbed me

    Okay twice I've been charged I've tried diff payment method and paying from diff machine with cookies and cache cleared both times ubisoft has taken my money and put it on hold in my account all I've literally asked from them is to take the money and give me the service so I can use it I've done everything they have told me and still can't get it to go fhroufjt but it'll take my payments yet give me an error and not let me access ubi + please fix this. This is theft. Just put two months of service on my account and take the money off hold obviously my card worked if your holding money!
