    Clearly there is an issue here. Same boat, I cant make another payment because it already thinks ( rightfully) they have my payment. I only signed up 2 days ago but then somehow my CC had an expiration date of 2018 even after I tried adding it twice. I can see the payment has come out, my issue is I cant make another payment as its now due till 11/11/19,

    Makes no sense.

    One page says mine is still Active until 10.31.19, the other page says its suspended. I tried 3 debit cards and paypal. Still can no longer access Uplay+

    I have exact same problem, card has been charged but account still suspended

    I have lost 2 days since paying, will Ubisoft credit back those two days because I guess they will still take out the next months sub on time!!

    Yep I have tried 2 credit cards and paypal. Cant even get support, thats the frustrating bit.

    Having the same issue, billing details changed. money deducted status active for a hour, reverted to expired. Been waiting for feedback ever since (12hrs and counting).
