    Your Uplay+ subscription has expired

    so i was able to play, and get the subscription and all, could had games to my library but when i go into my library every game tell me this: Your Uplay+ subscription has expired

    Just to confirm, you are playing with your client in Online mode? Are you using any sort of VPN to access Uplay?

    Additionally, although simple, make sure that your system time & date is set correctly.

    I can browse the catalog and I can add games to my library, but I can't install them.

    If I click renew subscription I see this though:



    Could it have something to do with payment method being null?

    Same issue here - subscription expired

    I can add the uplay+ games to my library through the website after I have registered.

    However all the games same my subscription has expired.

    I am not using a VPN, my date / time are set up correctly.

    I did not receive an email telling me the uplay+ has been set up.

    It seems like it may not have fully been registered on our side yet.

    Did you get a confirmation of the Uplay+ subscription?

    And ThorsChampion does yours also show as Null?

    Which payment method did you both use?

    ye, i could even add anno 1800 to the library, but can't install anything
    now the store on the uplay client doesn't even work anymore

    If I click the renew subscription link in the uplay pc client then it shows my payment method as null


    I used a visa credit card to sign up.

    If I look at my account via the website it looks like the subscription is set up correctly.
