Hey all, for the last few days I've been getting player profile changed errors. The game will go back to login page and prompt me for my Google Games account two or three times before successfully logging in. Once this happens, I'm unable to play PvP until I reboot my phone - keeps throwing a can't connect to server error.
Don't know if it's related to the most recent update of the app, or there's an incompatibility with Android 10, or a combination of the two. I have plenty of RAM, and pass all your qualifications for Android (playing on Pixel XL).
Any ideas? I've uninstalled/reinstalled, tried playing over Wi-Fi and data, went to airplane mode and back, etc. This is the only app giving me issues.

I'm not sure what the issue could be myself. Have you check if Google Play itself needs an update?
Either way, I would recommend reaching out to our Ubisoft Customer Support team about this one, it sounds like it could be a technical knot beyond my tools. Do you already know where their site is or can I grab you a link?
I run a Google phone, all the Google apps are up-to-date - that may be the problem. I was finally able to get in to the app and I submitted a ticket from inside the app and referenced this post - you should have additional technical details to go along with the problem description.
I am getting the same issue. It may be related to an Android 10 update. Only a couple of phones actually get the most recent updates so not many people are experiencing the problem, I'm not surprised it's unheard of. I haven't figured a fix yet. I'm having a similar issue, game randomly tells me player profile changed. Forces a game restart and choosing profile. Other issues include pressing play for team wars and nothing happening. Also I'm reminded that I can request a card and then the request card button is greyed out but with no timer.
