    An idea for a brand NEW game mode in For Honor.

    Guys, Imagine this. Carousel of Death but with slight changes that will result in completely new game mode:
    __________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _________________

    -Adding maps that are in an open field of battle, just like in some of the early trailers, and/or a close quarters style maps designed with this sole purpose for this game mode. (For example, in the trailers; The ruins with water source where all 3 factions are fighting; or the completely open field of battle where you see a warden with face revealed fighting the samurais and then vikings charge in after the catapult hits; or that courtyard where there are 3 surviving knights left standing and vikings just casually walking in on them, ready to get into the slaughter. More I think of it, it could be great intro scene with this game mode where there are your characters that are defending something or just regrouping and then the enemy team just shows up and are getting ready to start to fight you.)

    - This game mode should have familiar feel to Carousel of Death rules and playstyle. In fact, this idea is inspired by that limited time game mode. So, but instead of timer, we would limited amount of tickets instead of kill everyone at the same time for victory condition. Like for example, let's say 10 tickets. Every ticket adds a little more to spawn time and if you get executed, you get a bit more. So like + 1 or 2sec more per ticket that stacks and every execution could be like +5secs additionally that doesn't stack. The whole purpose of this game mode is a constant action, brawl/team deathmatch type of gameplay among players that doesn't require much running around and focusing on objectives much, but rather at the pure fighting aspect of it with few uniqe twists that would make this game mode more interesting.

    - FEATS would be allowed in the game mode BUT in a new way that is only seen in story mode and it would greatly improve the game if implemented. Like I've said, they could put feats like collectables on the map where you could pick up a bow or similar weapons and other weapon feats just like the ones we have in a story mode. Just put respawn timer on those "pickable feats" and put maximum carryweight of only 2 different ones at the same time while also putting limited amount of uses on those feats that you carry. (For example, only 1 fire flask but maybe 2 or 3 bows uses. And adjust the damage so it doesn't get OP, but it should give you more tactics and options in the battlefield.)

    - Add minions and all kind of officers in the battlefield with all of you as well that will add this whole battlefield aspect of it and potential fast heal for you since there wouldn't be heal options except from executions and healing banner pickable. (some arcade missions already got this feeling of a battlefield quite good and it's a shame that we don't have that feel in other game modes except the Breach maybe.

    - When all tickets are depleted for the whole team, that team then enters into breaking and they respawn one final time from which they cannot unbrake. Maybe add some kind of final mini boss, commander like, that will join in with the players and take the final charge with the team in breaking. Or that one of those players actually becomes that commander and plays with him. That could be interesting too seeing what they've done with Jormungandr event.

    - And put the amount of xp equal to the one in the dominion so that this game mode doesn't die because you're aren't awarded less for playing it. Game mode duration should be equal to the regular dominion one, if not a bit more.

    So, what do you guys think about this idea? Would you like to play something like this?

    This actually sounds like a ton of fun. I like the idea a lot!

    I agree this sounds amazing lol.

    I love carousel of death i wish it was around permanently, so any kind of spin off is going to be appealing as well.

    This is a very good idea. I've said this a few times now and I'll say it here, it would be good to use this game mode and others to build towards handling the Faction War in realtime rather than the current turn-based asset system.

    This post reminds me of another one in some ways. Both ideas have common themes that lean towards war and large open battlefields. I hope new game modes will take this direction.
