How do I get medic drone in pvp? | Forums

I have a tier 8 medic and can’t get the technique gauge to fill enough to use the heal drone. Played a game last night where other players in my team killed all the enemy and the gauge never moved off empty. Surely I don’t need actually get kills myself to fill the gauge?

As of right now it seems like you do have to get kills/assists yourself to fill the bar. I don't know if the teammates getting kills is only supposed to work in pve or if it's glitched in pvp.
