Why can players still leave ranked matches without penalty?

Must be 25-30% of my wins in plat, people leaving after losing two rounds to avoid losing their rank. Especially since the game seems to at least be partially weighted in balance based on plat+ games, anyone could get to plat if they're willing to leave enough bouts.

I can't even play ranked right now because I get paired up against the same guy who leaves every time. When I confronted him in the chat he verbally accosted me.

The guy honestly plays at a low silver/copper level, just, not nearly plat. But he can be plat, since he leaves every match he loses in, which then has an effect on the statistics for plat+ games.

I know how frustrating that is. I'll make a note of this for my report later this week! Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
