add a weapon inventory menu that's separate from the loadout's equipment menu and make it look like the weapon sell window (this would/will be good when you have lots of weapons) so we can mod weapons easier in this menu but don't remove the ability of modding weapons from the loadout menu

as right now we have to select an equipped weapon then press mod on a weapon in the list and when we have finished modding that weapon we have to go through the process of selecting an equipped weapon then press mod on a weapon in the list again for each weapon which is slow and a pain
