Hey is there some sort of a blueprint cap on 230? been playing for 5 hours now and i rare find anything above 230 items roaming around. i am 231 ilvl atm and the blueprint i want since its my favorite weapon is 230 Silver Stake Tactical and Tac50. it seems it has hit a cap somehow on 230. since minimum is 230 and max is 230. bug or lack of infomation on that front? any in sight would be awesome!
