I think being spotted by a drone or causing enough commotion with sentinel or the wolves should put you on the radar so to speak.
I was thinking something similar yesterday when I was roaming through the big city area. Given how Ubisoft insisted on RPG mechanics being introduced to Ghost Recon, I think the game would had really improved if there would had been some kind of a morality/notoriety system in place where reaction to Nomad and his actions changes according to what missions have been completed and with what methods.

You go into a civilian area like the big city guns blazing, explosions everywhere and people of that area start to believe the Sentinel propaganda of you being a terrorist. You grab a weapons shipment for the Outcasts and they end up doing a attack that causes collateral damage for the homesteaders, now you have less homesteader faction missions available for a while. You take out a base with a attack chopper and accidentally wipe out a bunch of civilians with one of your rockets, that resonates somewhere else in the world and story.

Maybe if you do enough collateral damage and "bad" decisions even the US Government starts to see you as a rogue asset. Maybe you could even end up teaming up with Walker, opening a entire story branch where you end up one of the Villains, like in many other great RPG games.

And now I am just spitballing complete fantasy here, but imagine if there was a similar destruction system that was in Red Faction: Guerrilla or Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, where you could level entire buildings and neighborhoods with missile strikes, and that would tie in with the notoriety and morality system? Do you wipe out a building with a HVT inside even when it's in the middle of a residential neighborhood? How thay decision resonates on your actions later?

But considering how much work that would require maybe it's better that we just got completely meaningless dialogue options and none of your actions having any concrete effect on the game world or story

top ten [1]Hid the bandages on the the wounds on Nomad shortly after he or she patches themselves up or make it optional like hiding the helmet option[2]hopefully the friendly a.i team members can snipe from far while you go sneak in the base and help you hid body's. [3]A g.p.s app in nomads phone [optional] becouse pausing the map every few seconds to see if your going down the right road is annoying to a lot of gamer's. [4] A campus[optional] that you can see in the hud all the time except for in dialog again it's annoying if I can not tell what direction to go . [5] the scared a.i. civilians go and hid AWAY from the battle rather than stopping in the center of the battlefield[6] the civilians stop saying things about there personal space Nomads has guns I really don't think that that's believable someone is going to tell someone else who has automatic weapons and heavy armor dude your in my personal space and sometime your not Evan near them when they say that unless they Really have issues . [7] factions will slowly stop acting cold as ice after Nomad start's helping them for example what they say don't lead the enemy here and Don't be a ***** later after you helped them enough the greetings should slowly change to oh it's nomad then to hey Nomad welcome back [8] hunting wild animals and sell fur and meat for a few exra creds to factions. plenty of opportunity for hunting in this game why use it also total optional for the player of course

    1. ACOG in Assault Rifles (!!!)
    2. Plastic Mag on Assault Rifles
    3. Ability to change look of weapons from used to new
    4. More Gunsmith abilities like in Wildlands

Would even pay for this - otherwise I think the game is very good and will become
    even netter.

But no ACOG on ARs...needs to be changed!

This would be my top 10:

    1) Better enemy AI, able to climb ladders, able to throw grenades and using tactical movement (one fires and covers the advancing squad), instead to run into my gun fire (shotgunners, I'm looking at you)

    2) Better AI behaivour, specially at night, unless they wear NVG, they shouldn't be able to spot you unless directly under a flashlight, and when you fire to them, they should also be injured, and their comrades should try to revive them, instead of just injuring the ones with information for the player

    3) More gunsmith options, with, basically returning the options of Wildlands, would be nice, being able to edit barrels and stocks again, if you want to also add options like in Future Soldier, with triggers (being automatic, semi, or burst fire) and other kind of magazines (double, being able to reload real fast; with indenciary or piercing ammo, etcetera) more than better.

    4) Deployable bipod and gripbipod, we have them now, but, with which purpose? they only add stats, like a grip can do, and they are subpar against actual grips so far, so a deployable bipod that almost nullifies both vertical and horizontal recoil, would be a really good addition, like it was in Future Soldier, and even the beta (even tho it had no animation and bugged the weapon being unable to aim properly)

    5) Actual size of magazines, it breaks the inmersion to have a SCAR-H (or Mk 17) with a "20 rounds" magazine that has the same size than a sniper rifle 10 rounds mag.

    6) Actual names of weapons, instead G36C Scout, or similar, having them named like what they are, like G-36K or SL-8

    7) Being able to drag your injuried teamates instead carrying them, so they can fire with their sidearm, the same for the one dragging the body

    8) Smoke grenades, with the same effect as the panther ability, or like a flashbang, whatever is good, but to make enemies to stop firing at you (maybe not drones, because they can have a thermal optic and such, but, SMOKE GRENADES!)

    9) A nerf on the randomness of Murmur drones, you can only hit them for sure with a guided missile (or not even with one) from a chopper, or with a shotgun, or replacing them with dogs that bark once they detect you and makes the surrounding troops to enter in alarm state

    10) The return of the Wildlands compass, being able to remove it from the UI, it was really useful, specially when playing with limited UI at the time of directing fire or make a call out

    Acog optics on ASR
    More Variety in weapons
Improved RNG for gear drops especially after GS 200 (High Ends only)
Day and Time shown on HUD
    Improved Night vision
    Improved detection system for vehicles
Improved detection system for day/night cycles
Improved AI behavior for hunting down enemies (YOU) (Assassins Creed Odyssey the enemies would follow you up buildings and rooftops to try to kill you, of course I always used the good ole Sparta Kick off the building)
Improved Base Jumping (GRWL had it right, jump off and deploy parachute...why am i just free falling 50m to my death? Pull the dang parachute GUY!)
Improved Weapons on demand (Blueprint weapons) GS 200 + should only be getting purples or high ends (gold) from Weapons of demand
Get rid of the cap on 400 BP per day
Don't get me started on the loadout system, well first of all whats the point when you're always getting a "better" weapon with a higher gear score (by 2) but its blue and I'm GS 210 like what the heck?

Just a couple of ideas for improvement!
