Following the end of the free trial period, you might have received an email letting you know that your payment for the month of October has failed. This is due to your bank declining the payment authorization for the new amount of 14.99€ (UPLAY+ monthly fee).

Please check and update your payment method in the section ‘my subscription, payment & billing – change my payment method’ on the Ubisoft Store within 48 hours to continue enjoying UPLAY+.

Should your payment still not be process 48 hours after your first notification, your access to UPLAY+ will be suspended.

In case a failed payment occurs, please:

  • Verify your bank account has the necessary funds
  • Verify your account is enabled for recurring online transactions
