    XP progression after level 30

What about a system that continues XP progression after level 30? Upon reaching a certain amount of XP would reward a loot crate, the contents of this loot crate could be gear, weapons, Skell credits, additional xp, battle reward points, a small combination of any reward we currently have access to. Even boosters, something, anything. The Division has a similar system which rewards a “field proficiency cache” after reaching level 30. Can we not do this in the Ghost Recon world?

While i have not hit 30 yet im not far from it and if this is going to remain a loot based game than some kind of reward or tier system should be in place.

Way too many items stuck behind coins, at least in wildlands you collected prestige credits that once you collected everything they're transferred to store credit. Which went to waste since ubisoft doesn't seem to think money transfers. I loved how I spent money to get exclusive items only for them to become prizes and rewards within 6 months.
You should earn coins once you hit 30, then at least you can possible unlock certain items.

Division style caches would be fine, get gear every x amount of xp. I also like seeing the xp number pop up when I kill people.
