    Veteran here, $130 out of my pocket. For a broken game.

    So after reaching gear level 100 something, I decided top play ghost war.

    Game is now broken.

    No drone in my Panther Class lvl 10, night vision (green) only work on my medic lvl 7, Assault lvl 10 after i use muy drone and switch to night vision with it.

    This has been going on for, it's now day 4.

    I bought Ultimate edition based on how much I lived Wildlands, which I continued playing up until the betas and release of this game.

    Essentially I paid $130 ( tax included) for a game that doesn't work as advertised.

    I've posted 2 how to videos for this gamein YouTube.

    I guess it's time to jump on the bandwagon and start doing videos telling people why they shouldn't buy this game.

    It's broken, no one on the ubisoft side seems to care or to even let us know that they're aware and working on it.

    Maybe $130 isn't much to them, I'm a disabled Vet on a fixed income. $130 matters to me.

    They are listening to you, but what would you rather them do? Take time answering everything here, or focus this time in implementing things?

    Maybe it´s just me, but I really hope the guys and gals at Ubi who take care of custmer support and social media are not the same ones that are actually doing the programming...

    They are not, but they are the ones reporting to the devs, Would you rather have them, answering every thread, instead of just reading and reporting?

    That is exactly what they should be doing. Management of customer service 101. They should have a team that will acknowledge complaints an put out information to paying customers if they don't then that is broke too. I for one am horribly disappointed in the steady degrade of Ubisoft. They need to start making staff changes. Its funny how games like ground branch, day z, and insurgency Sandstorm take the time to acknowledge customers even when the fix is not yet complete. Ubisoft is failing miserably with this game and they need to make it right or they will lose a huge base.

    No, but as part of customer service they could:
    Make a Sticky adressing that they know about bugs X, Y and Z and that they are working on them and hope to have them resolved by XX.

    I'm not one of those people who wants "X" as recompense for being disatisfied. I don't need an offer of "Free something". Just acknowledge that they've messed up, are working to fix it and move on.

    All I want is the product that I paid for to work properly.

    I feel you bro, Ubisoft are famous for ignoring their customers, and **** knows how they manage to stay in business with an approach like that.

    Against better judgement and based on what they promoted back in May, I also bought the ultimate edition, because I thought they had actually understood that their customers want a MODERN TACTICAL MILITARY SHOOTER, instead we got Division 3, on a Island, because then they can add their little micro-transactions.

    Now, there is not much we can do about that, other than asking them to un**** the parts that are not working.

    I hope they start to listen to their customers soon..social media in general is not very positive on the direction they are going.....

    What is really sad is that I see the same bugs in the released game as I saw in the Tech beta. Seriously..
    And it's not that no one reported them since we are talking about game breaking stuff (e.g. the interaction points are FUBAR around the motorbikes and dead bodies).

    Oh, a dead guy in front of the terminal.. the character shakes spastically and refuses to interact with it. Great.
    2 motorbikes next to each other render both of them unusable.
    Something lies on the ground and in the middle of a gun fight the decides it's better to pick up a pineapple then let me aim at the enemy.
    Don't get me started on the sliding down a 5 degree slope like he was trying to snowboard on Mount Everest.

    The list goes on.

    Day 5!

    No drone for Panther, Medic or Sharpshooter Classes!

    Yay Me!

    Good news is that my Assault Class still has a drone...

    But...
    To use night vision (Green) I have to:

    Activate my drone,
    Turn on nightvision
    Deactivate my drone.

    This game just keeps getting better!!!!

    There's supposed to be an update on the 15th, adding the raids.

    Who wants to take bets on what will get messed up when they add those?

    My guess?

    The guns will bug and stop working and we'll have to do the entire game with CQC until they try a hotfix which will corrupt your save(s) and we will have to completely start over.

    Or it will corrupt your AC Odyssey, Rainbow 6 Siege and Wildlands saves. (Not outside the realm if possibilities at thia point.)
