    edit: As of 10/9/19 the situation was resolved. The title can be read as sincere instead of sarcastic now


    So I just happened to notice something really f'd up. My coins, acorns and gear crates were all wiped clean and are currently showing 0!! I had over 200,000 coins, 70 acorns and almost 3000 gear crates! This is soooooo messed up! Not only does my game crash 2-5 times a day, but now this! And I swear, if this gets swept under the player support forum I'll be pretty heated.

    I just check on the Switch, all coins and acorns are gone on mine too. Not good at all.

    Somethings up for sure. I'm in contact with support right now and trying to get this figured out. Ubisoft says that all our stuff is still showing as there on their end.

    well, we can take pics for them to show otherwise. If digital works and our physical carts is the problem, they should replace our carts.

    There's a post on reddit about it as well. This is a widespread issue.

    ubicosmos; Thank you for not moving this. I feel like ppl miss a lot of things like this because not everyone takes the time to look thru the player support forums. Unfortunately, things are still the same and I haven't heard from support in almost 8 hrs.

    here is the way Ubiphobos works:

    My question is the following: Is Redlynx aware that his game, his Gondola head, is spilling on his customers?
    and customers are filing a complaint?
    they have proven, that they do not take into consideration the complaints of the players........... this has been happening every day for 9 months......
