So I agree with many that feel that the night is far too bright as it definitely is, maybe have the moon cycle between no moon, partial, full for some differences in nighttime brightness. Also I have noticed that lighting when indoors is really bad, at times you can't see at all when inside buildings/indoor locations (even when using NV.) Another huge issue is when you are trying to see through a doorway everything through it is completely darkened compared to the room you're in, even if the lighting in the next room is supposed to be the same as the one you're currently in. And good lord it's magnified tenfold if you're outside and trying to look into the interior of a location/building, it's impossible. Please UBI make some adjustments.
Yes I agree it should be a little difficult to see inside from the much brighter outside, but not to the point where it's pitch black inside and you can't see a person standing 2 ft. Inside the door. I can kind of forgive it more when looking from the much brighter outside into a darker interior, but I can't forgive it when you're already inside somewhere trying to look into another interior room and it does the same thing when both rooms have the same lighting. And I think I have seen some weird fogginess like you mention (I know a teammate of mine has mentioned it), but hasn't been too bad.
