Simple idea for a fourth feat

    Name of feat: For Honor

Make a feat that nullifies all other active feats around. Make the radius the size of JJs forth feat and if ANYONE comes into the circle or are in the circle they can't use any active feats. And if they leave the circle their active feats are debuffed with a mild cooldown. This feat would not affect revenge. It would be a banner probably. Also any active feats like fireflask would immediately end once the banner is down.

That would be cool honestly, that could fit into the Lawbringer Feat-Set because he is like a battlefield judge sort of character.

I thought about that, the issue is though that it'd need to take more than 1 slot for feats, not fair to negate feats thn still rock your own...

Or it disables your passive feats when activated

No it negates All active feats including your own. It doesn't stack with any active feats.

I mean it'd have to disable passives as well (own) or it'd be to easy to 3 passives and then use this as the only active

It doesn't disable other people's passives (or your own) and a persons loadout is their progative. I think disabling all feats would be a bit overpowered....And boring.
Plus you, having this feat, know when you're going to use it and can use all your active feats beforehand. So either way, having your own passive or active feats, it's strategy.
Having it not affect passive will also play into hero select feats every single game. In effect it buffs all passive feats because you never know when your active feats will be rendered useless at the end of a game.

Yeh but the ability to know you can built a character with 3 passives and shut down any active ability in itself impacts choice and becomes abuseable, starting a whole 'not for honor' use of 'for honor'

The whole point of a feat is to give you an advantage and it's up to the player to use it wisely and up to the enemy to counter. Besides Its a name that fits the feat itself not the strategy that can be applied.
An enemy can build their feats to be passive for battle if they suspect they will be hindered by the for honor feat so it works both ways.
