This weapon is the 516 from the gameplay reveal but I have been unable to find or get this weapon. Anyone know how I can find or get this weapon? Ubisoft, why is this not in the game as it was in gameplay reveal?

Odds are, it probably drops in the raid. The 416 is in game right now.

That is the 516 CQB. It is probably a battle crate reward, most of the variants are.

PS: SBR by definition is any barrel under 16". The 416 standard has a barrel of 14", so it is an SBR. Technically you want the MK18(aka CQBR, Close Quarter Battle Reciever) version.

As mentioned above the 516 blueprint is a side mission reward. The side mission being A song for a Revlution from the Outcasts faction. It is also not the only weapon blueprint your find from side missions. Another example is the Stoner LMG. It is also aquired from a side mission called Crictal Mass. Which you will get from Mad Schultz after doing the Ghost of the Past side mission. Chances are there is gonna be more blueprints for weapons and attachments found this way as well.

beside the blueprint you also can find several chests in the world which contain a 516 too.

That is the 516 Patrol, which is a civilian version with a 16" barrel version. He is looking for the MK18/CQBR version which has a 10.3" barrel. Two very different things.
