Spent skill points on unlock extra perk - no extra perk slot available | Forums

I used 2 skill points to unlock the first extra perk box. The skill shows as being active, however the second (and third of course) perk box is still greyed out and I cannot stick a perk in there. What gives?

Is a bug has been like that since pre launch for me, 5 days+ with no fix to it, still using 2 perks. level 30 with 160+ Gear score.. so do not wanna restart character

When will this be fixed? This is a major issue with the game. I'm not the only one to have this issue either.
