    Lost my progress AGAIN! UBISOFT respond asap!!

    Again lost my progress character...after loosing 29exp and 138 gs , i created new character ( hade to do this 5 times beacouse each time i create and play after 20-40 minut system kick me with message "Your account login been used from other PC " (during that times if i relog i find out new character not created by me on my account which been played longer or same time as mine) NO no one using it and yes i have 2 way verification to prevent it plus i change my password like 5 times in last 48 hours GRRRRR) i play new character for 4 hours , made for 12 exp 63 GS and got this stupid message again about loging to account , which i am sure not happening ...so UBISOFT respond to me customer support and give me or me progress back money back for this P*#^$ce of s#&$%t you call customer support and game!!!!

    Fells like my cloud safe game overlaying with some one else safe and that why this happening!!
    How i can safe my progress on MY PC not your crazy CLOUD! ???

    it sound like a hacked account, or at-least someone with your info (friend, GirlFriend, kids...) if you are getting kicked for "Login used on other pc" that a clear indication someone is loging in and booting you. change password AND email connected to that ubisoft account.

    i had to change my mail, and pass a few months agao, i got security mails with "attemt to login in" so i took no chances and changed all info.

    Done it 5 times in 48 hours, 2 way verification also on so if ..IF ( i am sure it not the case) some oen try to login it will required himor her to enter code which i get in 2 way veryfication

    and emails on as well ( for attempt to login

    More ...when you open your account in Ubisoft website there position you can track where last 5 logins been from...so guess what ! All logins during the day from my adress my home !?!?!

    ok, so you changed your password and email 5 times in 48hours, well there alone i see a lie, because changing your email can't be done more then once a week. anyways.
    when i say your account is hacked, i don't mean UBIsoft is hacked, you are, the very same pc where you change the info on, so if that's the care no matter how many times you change the info on that pc, they will have the info.

    and now you going to say, i'v scanned my pc for viruses and maleware and so on...

    just do a bit of logic, as far as i see, you are the only one who loses progress in that way. must ring a bell something is wrong with your pc's security.
    you surf porn-sites i can garantie you are infected with some trojan or other nasty bug. (you don't need to reply you don't do that... don't care, you decide for your self)

    I didnt say i change email 5 times, do not try to catch me on something i assume you have no idea about...i lost progress of my gameplay twice since game started , i can not see any reason ( unless you can provide me one) to lie to support and open it here. If you surfing Porn it your own busines no need to share it with me or rest of community.
    You did see me saying that IP showing login to my account all belong to me for last 2 days ( i been checking them it often) so no one getting in to my account but me, second 2 way verification should prevent from such thing happen and it IS UBISOFT fault !

    Almost forgot...I can easy play Division 2 and other games i have on Ubi account without any problems...is this ring any bell for you mister "smarty pants" ? Yes after i hade trouble with GRB i loging to Division2 and spend there few hours without any errors..or dropouts

    It may be that this does not help your problem.
    But.
    Do not exit the game by turning off it.
    Always log out by logging out - LOG OUT.

    At Beta I lost my progress when I left the game without Log Out.
