Enjoying the game but 2 things stick out overall:

The game world could do with a lot more traffic on the roads, more people in the living areas and more birds and life in general - it feels quite empty.

Also I'm playing on 'extreme' and it's still really very easy. Could we add more difficulty to 'extreme'? It's not very extreme.
