Two stupid things about that statement:

He shouldn't have written "They shouldn't seek" – what he means is, that they are supposed to seek targets and move to that destination. They are meant to seek exactly this spot. They are not meant to follow/pursue moving targets. So maybe someone should proofread his Tweets just to make sure not to post such incredibly awkward statements.

So, as he also says, seekers do work as designed, players just had a different expectation (especially because of how seekers worked in TD1). But why are they "working on fixing that"? Why should you fix something that is not broken ("they work well")? Or are seekers in fact broken and the first part of his Tweet was just a lame excuse? Or did he use the wrong words again – and he meant that they are working on updating/changing/reworking/whatever the seekers?

Other skills take to long to activate, i gues its back to gun build i got like 1900 seeker SP on 17 sec CD.
With the gloves hits for 350-550k not OP but nice addition and fun.

Miss rate is already high with these new changes it wont be worth useing imho.
I gave up like 3k weapon dmg and 15-20% CHC & CHD for my hybride build.

O well at least it will free up space in inventory no need to save that many seeker mods anymore.

Wasn't TU4 a patch dedicated to improving and making skills useful? Now TU6 is going to revert them back to being useless....battery nerfs, overall skill nerfs, seeker nerfs, cooldown nerfs....why even have skills if you're going to make them useless.......

Why can't they give us 1 patch with a QOL basis? Fix the bullet registration issue, fix the damn broken AI movement that you claimed to have fixed but didn't do anything to them. Fix the AI laser beaming aim, they never miss. Give us a QOL patch already...content is useless when everything else is broken or nerfed into the ground

"This is not what we intended" Massives answer to everything.. I really hope this is a troll post from the devs.. "Its not April 1st" you know! -_-

Do the devs play the game or do they sit in that stupid room with 4 mobs against a wall shooting? "Oh that is hitting alittle harder then expected" Nerf "Bollox now its to underpowered" **** it I will leave it at that.

You'd think that the guy who took pretty much 2 years of blindly stabbing around in the dark to fix the mess he made at the release of DIv1 wouldn't be back in charge on Div2? But here we are with seekers not seeking....

Anyone catch where he said on SOTG that an etf members showed him the math for damage over time graphs? Shouldn't he have known that? Unless I miss heard?

kind of funny that since they have been around they have been meant to seek..

Hey lets just make things up as we go along.. Burn doesn't mean burn bleed doesn't mean bleed and explosion will now be burp damage.

Hell, many times seekers don't seek..I would have thought they would have fixed that rather than break it more.

In the end this results in Players not Playing so I guess the that fits the theme.

This is why all communication should start at these forums and then be shared to other places like Twitter and Reddit.

As to what he said, I'm not entirely sure what he meant to say as the sentence structure is a mess and it just doesn't make sense. But I'm almost positive that Fredrik Thylander isn't a native English speaker and as such people should understand that things may get lost in translation. So instead of making up what something means maybe take a second and ask for clarification to give him a chance to correct any misstatements.
